Enjoy our wood fired maple syrup while knowing you’re doing your part to help us, help the birds. We harvest our syrup directly from our own forest which we manage to maximize quality of life for birds, especially migratory songbirds. We are part of the ecosystem that is critical nesting habitat for songbirds.
