Our family story begins at the Hi Vue Maples Farm in 1903 when the Smith family moved here. We’re situated high in the Cold Hollow Mountain Range in Vermont with a view of Canada! Maple syrup was and is a staple in our family home. Now, nearly 120 years and 5 generations later, Hi Vue Maples sells it’s Wild Crafted Maple Syrup and Honey worldwide and we continue the family tradition of innovation and sustainability by protecting our woods and wildlife through the Audubon Certified Bird Friendly Maple Habitat and Cold Hollow to Canada and Vermont Land Trust Initiative.
We have expanded our line of Maple products to include such delights as Maple Candy and Maple Cream as well as our Artisanal Maple Vinegar. We have also added Honey Bees to the farm to provide Wildflower Honey and Beeswax products.
