Hi Vue Farms Maple Vinegar is fermented from our maple syrup and “mother of vinegar” and aged at least 9 to 12 months before bottling.
My Grandmother Orpha started the original batch over 100 years ago. For generations we have continually fed and kept our “mother” alive.
Our vinegar has a true maple flavor sweeter milder then most vinegar. Maple Vinegar is a staple in our kitchen.
