What is Maple Cream?
Maple Cream is made from our Organic Bird Friendly Maple Syrup in small batches. Maple cream is made by heating, stirring, and cooling maple syrup until it crystallizes and thickens, resulting in a spreadable consistency. It contains no dairy or other ingredients.
How do I Use Maple Cream?
It’s an amazing spread that can be used for toast, muffins, bagels, scones, use as filling for cookies and pastries, in your coffee and so much more!
Shelf life?
Maple cream can last up to a month at room temperature, but it’s recommended to refrigerate it to extend its shelf life to about six months.
